Snicker Souffle

I was having a super hard time naming this one tonight because it's not your average dessert, so I asked Alex and he said "Snicker souffle" and that's how it got it's name.

Ingredients:

  • 2 - 12.4 oz Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls with original icing
  • 2 - 8 oz pkgs Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 10 oz bag Snickers baking bites
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Spray 9x13" baking dish with non-stick spray. Cut each raw cinnamon roll into 4 equal pieces and place in the bottom of the baking dish and set aside.

Mix the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and the powdered sugar a little at a time until well mixed but at a spreadable consistency. You may not have to use all of the sugar. Next, add the vanilla and beat until mixed. Spread the mixture evenly on top of the cinnamon roll pieces.

Sprinkle the Snickers baking bits over the top. Bake for 23 minutes then let sit 5 minutes then use a spoon to drizzle the icing from the cinnamon roll packages over the top while it's still hot.

Enjoy!
